SAT and ACT Fundamentals Programs
Our SAT and ACT Strategy Fundamentals programs each feature 5 2-hour sessions of section-specific strategy review, along with a plethora of interactive exercises designed to instill optimal testing approaches via immediate, supervised practice. These programs are perfect as primers for self-motivated students who want to prepare for the SAT or ACT primarily on their own…but who want to make sure before doing so that they are applying strategies ideally suited to their particular needs and perspectives. Our Fundamentals programs are priced as follows:

Complete SAT and ACT Programs
Acuity also offers comprehensive test-prep packages for students requiring a greater degree of assistance along the way to success. Our Complete SAT and Complete ACT programs build upon the same section-specific strategy practice included in our Fundamentals programs…but they also provide significant further enrichment by way of in-depth detailed review and instruction regarding the actual verbal, mathematical and data-interpretation concepts upon which both exams are based. As with all our test-prep programs, relevant concepts and strategies alike are driven home via extensive tutor-guided practice and inter-session homework assignments. Our Complete Programs are priced as follows:

Hourly SAT and ACT Test-Prep Tutoring
For all of our students’ other test-prep needs, we offer a-la-carte lessons at a rate of $180 per hour.
Group Test-Prep Discounts
Group sessions can provide a nice motivational option for siblings, friends, study partners or any other test-prep students who are reasonably closely-matched by ability. Acuity offers a 15% discount off each individual package or a-la-carte rate for groups of two students, and a 20% discount off each individual package or a-la-carte rate for groups of three or more students. - All materials for all of our programs are provided as part of the quoted package price.
- Based on empirical evidence and best industry practices, we prefer to work in 1.5 or 2-hour sessions — but we will always strive to accommodate our clients’ scheduling needs, whatever they may be.
- Lessons can be given either in person or remotely.
- Programs and hours must be purchased in advance.
- Rates are subject to change.
